Casual Hours Contract

Invigilators are required to invigilate exams:
Morning: From 8am to 12.30pm
Afternoon: From 1pm to 6pm (latest)

Exams Season:
Mock exams are held in January & February and the main exam season is in May & June.

Invigilators are required to cover a minimum of 10 sessions in both the mock exams and the main exams.

Prepare examination rooms and materials in advance of exam sessions.
Ensure examinations are conducted in accordance with exam board regulations.
Supervise candidates throughout examinations, maintaining a calm and orderly environment.
Complete attendance records, seating plans and other examination documentation accurately.
Support candidates with access arrangements, including extra time and laptop use.
Collect completed examination scripts at the end of each session.
Uphold confidentiality, safeguarding responsibilities and the integrity of the examination process.
